Salary HDL File Error The Record Referenced By The Foreign Key Attribute AssignmentId Wasn't Found. Either Specify A Valid Foreign Key Or Create The Referenced Record First (Doc ID 2967057.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.13.23.04.0 version, Data Load

After loading the Worker HDL file successfully, and when attempting to load the Salary HDL file,the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
The record referenced by the foreign key attribute AssignmentId wasn't found. Either specify a valid foreign key or create the referenced record first.

Reloading the same Salary HDL file resolves the error

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Load a Worker HDL file successfully
  2. Load a Salary HDL file
  3. Encounter the error message above
  4. Reload the same Salary HDL file successfully without error

The same error may be returned if loading the Salary HDL file separately or independently of the Worker HDL file
