Symptoms

In a hybrid integration with MFCS and RICS on v19.x with SIOCS in v22, when the PriceChange_Tx_FileCreator_ProcessFlow_From_RMS is initiated from the Merchandising side, the process flow fails with the error below:
 Error calling activity.
java.lang.RuntimeException: Error: ProcessName(PriceChange_Tx_FileCreator_ProcessFlow_From_RMS) ActivityName(PriceChange_Tx_CheckFtpStatusActivity) : Batch job failed
