Symptoms

PROBLEM STATEMENT
Users are not able to use the Keywords or the filter to search for User Entities on the View User Entity Details page.
The Search function worked in 23B.

STEPS
Reproduced at will with the following steps:

1) Data Exchange or Quick Actions > View User Entity Details
2) Search for Keywords related to User Entities
3) No records displayed.

Changes

 Upgrade to 23C
