On : 22.0 version, Reports, Dashboard

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Accented characters not shown properly in Xadmin.

Uploaded MNT in Xadmin for different files including the item file. The accented characters are not displayed properly.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Accented characters should be displayed properly.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Upload MNT.
2. View data via Data Manager for *.*, selecting items Merchandise Items and searching for all items.

Due to this issue, users cannot view accented characters correctly.
