Goal

Users are unable to build workbooks in Version 16 Cloud RPAS application. After the first wizard page where the domain is selected, the screen refreshes with a blank wizard page. Even selecting a lower dimension the same result occurs. This is happening for all users and all workbooks. How can this be resolved?
