OCI: Management Agent Unable To View Prometheus Namespace and Metrics In Monitoring Service (Doc ID 2967855.1)

Symptoms

Followed below documents to setup Management Agent to ingest metrics from Prometheus exporter into Monitoring Service.

All the required policies are setup correctly, however the Prometheus Namespace and metrics are not visible from Monitoring -> Metric Explorer in OCI Console.

Management Agent metrics show that data is being collected and ingested into cloud.
