Symptoms

Problem Description

Once the offer is extended and moved to HR, the Offer is stuck under the Manage Job offer with "Processing in Progress" phase.

For some candidates when trying to push back to Pending to Manual Processing and again on Conversion to Employee the offer is stuck and the page produces an error:

java.lang.NullPointerException

 
Steps
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Candidate application moved to HR and is in HR > Processing in Progress
2. Manage Job Offers > Open Offer
3. Actions > Return to Manual Processing or Action > conver to employee
