Symptoms

23C feature not working, Expense Template and Payment Method Selection in Expenses Mobile Application, Payment method field is not being displayed in submit report screen on mobile app even after enabling it in "Manage expenses system options"

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

Enable payment method
Enter expense report in Fusion expenses mobile application
When submitting report, payment method field is not shown as per new feature for 23C
