Symptoms
A Microsoft Project XML file is created by a 3rd party application.
When trying to import to P6 Web/P6 Professional, the job fails (nothing is imported), and the log contains no error message.
Primavera config parameter STORE FILES IN DATABASE is set to TRUE.
Note: The same import process was successful in earlier P6 releases.
