RI/RSP: Process LOAD_PDS_FACT_PROCESS_ADHOC Completes With No Failures, However No Data Is Loaded (Doc ID 2968109.1)

Symptoms

The process LOAD_PDS_FACT_PROCESS_ADHOC was run for the jobs listed below to load sales, receipts, markdown and deal income. These are for .csv files being loaded into RI. Review of the POM job logs show that each job completed successfully without any errors. However, the data does not exist in the PDS tables.
