ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Some Campaigns have no data
All counters go to zero when applying filters for campaign selections. For example:
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
We should see the counters during campaign creation change, but with correct filters we should still see some counter values, not all go to zero.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a Campaign filtering on one or more Applications with multiple provisions showing in the Connected Oracle Identity Governance (OIG) System.
2. See all counters have non-zero numbers
3. After some time, come back for another campaign
4. Try creating a campaign on different, but similar filters still with many users showing as provisioned in OIG
5. As soon as you Apply my selections, the counters all go to zero
Changes
Used slightly different filters which included different sets of data to work on.
