Fusion Global Payroll: HCM Extract Flows Has Days Lagged In The Effective Date Parameter (Doc ID 2968136.1)

An extract is scheduled to run on a daily basis every 9 PM from 26th June. The first run happens on 26th June 9 PM and the effective date/process date has '26 June' passed to the flow. But when the run happens on 27th June, the effective date/process date is still '26June' and remains '26 June' on 28th June run as well. Then on the 29th June run, the effective date/process date passed becomes '27 June' and continues so each 2 days.

Parameters Effective date should be the SYSDATE.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Schedule the extract with parameters for effective date=SYSDATE.
2. Only after 2 days passed the parameters is changed.
