There is a need to connect POM RMS server to a set of custom containers that are running in our Google Cloud. The following error occurred when running the POM health check that indicated there is no connection to the service.

Received ReST Exception: javax.ws.ProcessingException:java.net.SocketTimeOutException: connection Timed out for credential.
