Symptoms

While defining Rate Factor / Rate Factor Rule for calculating Surcharges in terms of Accessorial Costs in OTM, for the case of Accessorial Default if the Accessorial Cost on the Rate Factor Rule is not having any Amount entered on the Charge calculation section, then the Rate Factor is not working as expected i.e. Accessorial Cost will not be calculated and assigned to the Shipments.
