On: MFCS 22.1, RMS 22.1.302.1 version
DEPARTMENT CFAs screen, when you try to remove the Division value from the Dropdown and tab off, you can still see Division Description on the screen. Furthermore, you cannot close the CFAs screen using the 'x' mark.
Steps to Reproduce
-----------------------
1. Navigate to the DEPT CFAs screen.
2. Try to remove the Division value from the Dropdown and tab off.
3. Notice that you can still see Division Description on the screen.
4. Also, notice that you cannot close the CFAs screen using the 'x' mark.
