Symptoms
Hours of Service (HOS) is assigned to a Rate Service limiting the WORK time for a Shipment. A multistop shipment is created using this Rate where there is a Wait Time on the stop (due to calendar restrictions) that exceeds this defined WORK limit. It was expected that a REST time is added to this stop since the Wait time is expected to be considered as WORK time. Instead, there is no REST time added to the stop.
