On: MFCS/RMS 19.3.018.1 version
Why are there so many transfer transactions where the cost equals the retail?
Steps to Reproduce:

1. Transfer is created through RIB XML or from UI
2. On the screen, the cost and retail are reflected accurately
3. The cost and retail in SHIPSKU and TRAN_DATA are the same when shipped and received.
