Symptoms

in RPCS, When attempting to execute price change induction job it failed with below exception



Error:
NullPointerException:

RpmException: JBO-29114 ADFContext is not setup to process messages for this exception. Use the exception stack trace and error code to investigate the root cause of this exception. Root cause error code is JBO-. IllegalStateException: Batch process task must be started. status=ENDED

Steps To Reproduce

1. Created RPM Price Change file 
2. Sftp file to RPM to process the file by RPM Clearance induction job.
3. Verify the batch is failing.
