ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Costing location is not updating in the FUTURE_COST table while edit the cost location of ranged franchise store.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Costing location is not updating in the FUTURE_COST table while edit the cost location of ranged franchise store.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open Item location screen in MFCS
2. Try to edit the Source warehouse and Costing location (For the already ranged item/loc)
3. The updates can be seen in ITEM_LOC table but not in FUTURE_COST table
4. But for the new item/location combination, the costing location can be seen in FUTURE_COST table.
