Symptoms

On : 11.13.23.07.0 version, Global Payroll

When attempting to run payroll
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
Error was encountered when processing payroll relationship xxxxx
The {ELEM_NAME element couldn't be successfully processed. (ETNAME=US_FEDERAL_INCOME_TAX_PROCESSOR)
No residence address has been defined for the employee


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Run Payroll/Quickpay and note that it errors with below:

Error was encountered when processing payroll relationship xxxxx
The {ELEM_NAME element couldn't be successfully processed. (ETNAME=US_FEDERAL_INCOME_TAX_PROCESSOR)
No residence address has been defined for the employee
