Symptoms

Items Are Not Moving To RPCS (RPM_ITEM_LOC and RPM_ITEM_LOC_WS) From MFCS Post New Item Location Batch (NIL) (NewItemLoc).

NewItemLoc batch is executed successfully without any issues. No data in staging tables.



EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Items should appear in RPM_ITEM_LOC and RPM_ITEM_LOC_WS following newitemloc batch

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create item in RMS.
2. Create item-loc ranging
3. Run NIL batch
4. Verify the data in RPM.
5. No Item-location ranging present in RP
