XItem CRE/MOD for Primary UPC Fails with ORA-00001 Error on CORESVC_ITEM.PROCESS_IM (Doc ID 2968923.1)

On: MFCS/RMS 23.0.101.7 version

Primary UPC creation or update to Primary UPC via Xitem message fails. Post 23.0.101.7 upgrade, you cannot add a second UPC as the primary UPC via the Xitem message.

XitemCre message to add a second UPC as the primary UPC fails with the below error.

If you try to add the UPC as non-primary and then update the UPC to be primary with the XitemMod message, it also fails with the same error.

Steps to Reproduce
-----------------------
1. Create an item
2. Create UPC under the item via a XItem Message.
3. Process the Xitemcre message to add a second UPC with primary_UPC_ind = 'Y'
4. Message fails with [E] Error ORA-00001: unique constraint (RMS01.ITEM_MASTER_UK1) violated returned by program unit CORESVC_ITEM.PROCESS_IM.
5. Process the Xitemcre message to add a second UPC with primary_UPC_ind = 'N'
6. Process the Xitemmod message to make the second UPC as primary primary_UPC_ind = 'N'
7. Message fails with [E] Error ORA-00001: unique constraint (RMS01.ITEM_MASTER_UK1) violated returned by program unit CORESVC_ITEM.PROCESS_IM.
