On : 23.C.01 version, Cloud Portal

Error when trying to move the resources to another bucket or Organization

Connection error. Please try again.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to environment on 23C SU1
2. Navigate to the Dispatch Console
3. Drag a resource into a parent resource
4. Error appears

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, this is affecting multiple users across multiple locations, and they are unable to move the distributors to different stores/buckets, which affects reporting and payroll.
