Symptoms


Depreciation expense adjustment after cost adjustment does not match the expected value.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Convert Existing Assets from Legacy where DPIS is backdated and Prorate Date is after DPIS
2. Perform penny Cost Adjustment (cost+$.01, save, cost -$0.01, save) as means to reverse expense adjustment posted with addition
3. Perform actual, amortized Cost Adjustments with amortization date > DPIS but also before POA (period of addition)
