Symptoms

The issue can be observed when a learner logs in and navigates to Me -> Learning. The expected behavior is to find the new user interface populated correctly, including the below sections:

The Browse Learning page provides dedicated Featured and Recommended views. It also provides category views to see related learning topics and items.
