Mismatch In Terminated Worker Counts Between OTBI And FAW (Doc ID 2969534.1)

Symptoms

Create a report based on HCM - Workforce Core Subject Area column “Facts - Workforce Attrition(By Termination Date)"."Termination Count(Termination Date)” to view the number of employees terminated in a particular year.

Notice there is a mismatch between the number of terminated employees in Fusion and FAW

For example: In Fusion around 1000 employees have been terminated in 2022 but in FAW the terminated count is showing as 50.
