ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When salary is changed during the year for a Non-Saudi citizen over 50 years,  Employer GOSI Hazard is calculated based on the beginning of the year salary instead of the current one.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Employer GOSI Hazard to be calculated on the last salary.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Change salary in August 2023 for a Non-Saudi employee over 50 years of age.
2. Run Calculate Payroll for August 2023.
3. Review the results and notice that Employer GOSI Hazard is calculated based January 2023 salary instead of August 2023 salary.
