Goal

Offboarding checklists are getting assigned to the terminated employees after one year. The eligibility profile defined has only one condition which is the legal employer.
Archive and Purge after months is given as 12 months in the checklist setup. 

Few questions related to this are:

1. How much value can be given in the Archive and Purge after months field at checklist setup?
2. Is there any way to stop checklist to get deleted from the system?
3. What are the tables which can store the deleted checklist data?
