Agents Failed with [nQSError: 75005] Failed To Send AUTH Command. Authentication Credentials Invalid [Video Content] (Doc ID 2970065.1)

Symptoms

Although Mail Server [TEST] button returns "SMTP Server Test Succeeded", the following error messages returns when agents run:

Eventually succeeded, but encountered and resolved errors...
Number of skipped deliveries: 1 of 2

AgentID: /shared/Folder1/TestAgent
[nQSError:75005] Failed to send AUTH command. SMTP server does not support any authentication mechanisms. Remove email credentials, or use a server which supports authentication. AgentID: /shared/Folder1/TestAgent
...Trying SMTP Delivery loop again... Sleeping for 8 seconds. AgentID: /shared/Folder1/TestAgent
