Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

"Request Position Change" Approval Notifications are either missing in Bell/Email or blank when opened.
Opening the Approval Task from Worklist, takes a long time (about 2.5 minutes) then finally returns a blank page.
Running BI Data Model "ManagePositions" with Transaction ID as parameter, returns a timeout error (150 sec)
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Approval Notification should display all details
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Sign in as Approver (HR Admin or Manager)
2. Bell Icon and Locate "Request Position Change" Approval Notification (or Navigate to Task from Worklist)
3. Open the notification to see details
4. Browser spins for sometime (~2.5 minutes) and displays a blank page
