Created A New Branding Theme and Now The Springboard Menu Does Not Appear (Doc ID 2970475.1)

This can be recreated by creating a new theme and setting as Global. Save the theme.

After saving the UI pops up a confirmation message that the theme was saved, but user stays on same page.

Next, uncheck the Global checkbox and save again. This will cause this condition where the theme XSL is pointing to itself.

The end result is that the UI MENU is not accessible after the above update has been made.
