Symptoms
Invalid Period Mapping Error while importing data in ARCS
When trying to import data from ERP GL. The source is an out of the box OTBI report names Journals Report.
The integration is working fine when executed from Data Management. The import and transform steps are successful. However while importing the data from ARCS via periods, the data load fails and gives the following error:
"Invalid period mapping. Make sure the period is defined in Data Management Period Mapping."
The period mapping has been set up in Data Management and it is bringing in correct data to workbench. There is no log being generated in the process details to check the exact error in detail.
