ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Route Statistics Report - Incorrect "% of Complete"?

The Route Statistics Report for 8/14/23 for the bucket, the resource shows a value of 0.00 for the "% of Complete" column, but should show a value of 1.00.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The activities with statuses of Completed, Canceled, Suspended, and/or Not Done should make the value appear as 1.00 for the resource

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to environment
2. Navigate to Menu> Dashboard> Route Statistics for the date 
3. Under the resource the value appears as 0.00 under "% of Complete"

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, the route statistics report has incorrect data which is used to manage employees.
