Symptoms

Users who are assigned either the User or Viewer Role cannot run reports they have historically been able to run after cloud pods were upgraded to version 23.08.

Changes

A security update was added to 23.08 which prevents Users and Viewers from seeing reports they should not have had access to based on policies selected by the Administrator.
