Keyboard Shortcuts to Open Filters, Columns and Group and Sort on the Activities View Do Not Function (Doc ID 2971192.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When attempting to use a keyboard shortcut for opening the Columns, Filter By, or Group and Sort by functions in the Activities view in P6 Professional connected to an Oracle Cloud environment, the function does not open.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The keyboard shortcut should open the Columns, Filter By, or Group and Sort by functions in the Activities view.

 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. In P6 Professional, open a project and go to the Activities view.
  2. Use the Alt+V keys to open the View menu.
  3. Use the up and down keyboard arrow keys to highlight Columns, Filter By, or Group and Sort by., then press Enter to select it.
  4. The reported issue occurs.
