Error "VTRAT-2434-5" When Opening Specific Projects in P6 Professional (Doc ID 2971405.1)

Symptoms

When opening specific projects in P6 Professional using CloudConnect, the following event codes can be received for all users, although the projects sometimes open without error. 
This issue does not occur when opening the same projects in P6 Web.
The VTRAT event code number can vary (see examples below).

Event Code: VTRAT-2434-5
Message: TCVirtualTable.RefreshAppend: TASKACTV: Access violation at address 0000000002E0B3C1 in module 'PM.EXE'. Read of address 0000000000000000

OR

Event Code: VTRAT-3472-A
Message: TCVirtualTable.RefreshAppend: TASKACTV: Access violation at address 0000000002E28331 in module 'PM.EXE'. Read of address 0000000000000000
