Symptoms
On : 11.13.23.04.0 version, SA - Saudi Arabia Legislation in SaaS environment.
When attempting to process employee salary, the Prepayment process fails with the following error occurs.
ERROR:
A system error ORA-20001: A valid conversion rate doesn't exist for converting currency SAR to currency USD.
Details: A currency conversion rate must exist for the effective date of the process. ORA-06512: at "FUSION.PAY_PROC_LOGGING", lin
STEPS:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into Fusion Applications.
2. Navigate to My Client Groups > Show More > Payroll > Person Results.
3. Search for the person and submit Quick Pay Prepayments flow.
