Errors While Trying To Login: Environment Is Not Accessible (Doc ID 2972076.1)

Symptoms

Customer is not able to access an environment.

When trying to login, all users are getting the following error messages:

The application could not load. Check your internet connection and reload the application.
[Reload]

If reloading does not help, try to restart the application. This will clear the cache and the data on your device.
[Clear and Restart]
