Symptoms
Few transactions are not getting processed from SVC_RTLOG_DATA_LOAD table.
Some transactions are in SVC_RTLOG_DATA_LOAD table when it should have been moved to SVC_RTLOG_DATA_LOAD_HIST table or RTLOG_REJECT table if the store day was closed.
