Symptoms
Issue :
On All ESS Transactions the Approver is only able to see the attachments in the notification when it is a Txt file.
When there is any attachment of any type like .pdf, .zip , .doc the Notification do not display the Attachment .
The issue is replicated in all HR related transactions.
