Symptoms

Customer reports when attempting to map tran codes using GL Cross reference they receive an error:

Error ORA-02290: check constraint (RMS01.CHK_FIF_GL_CRS_RF_TRAN_REF_NO) violated returned by program unit CORESVC_FIF_GL_CROSS_REF.EXEC_FIF_GL_CROSS_REF_INS.
