Work Skill Mismatch Alert For Activities On Dispatch Console (Doc ID 2972459.1)

Symptoms

There are activities that are showing a "Work skill mismatch" alert on the Dispatch Console, and are being displayed in pink color (as per the Activity Type configuration), as if they were at risk of delay. However it is not a delay but a work skill mismatch instead; previously, these activities would appear in yellow (as per "pending" status configuration of the Activity Type).
