Delete Action on Integration Dashboard Does Not Delete Bulk Import Errors (Doc ID 2972579.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

When loading Bulk Transactions via the Transaction Data seeding jobs. if there are error records, user exports the records via the Integration Dashboard > Export option. After this Delete action does not delete the data from the staging tables.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------

Expect the Delete to work as documented in the Admin guide.

Integration Dashboard

This button is used when the user wants to permanently delete all error integration messages that are marked as previously exported for a particular bulk group type. Delete is only allowed for bulk group types.

Steps to Reproduce:


1. log onto SIOCS web client
2. Complete Foundation Data Seeding
3. Begin Transaction Data Seeding > Purchase Orders > Load POs
4. Notice 2 records have failed with an error
5. Export the error records
6. Delete the records

Notice records are not deleted from the staging tables.
