Symptoms

The search options such as CONTAINS, STARTS WITH - are not working for Reference Number field in Review Cost Accounting Distributions UI

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Review Cost Accounting Distributions UI
2. Select Search BY as Classic Search
3. Click Advanced
4. Select CONTAINS for the field Reference Number and provide part of valid reference number
5. Observe that system does not bring any results
