POS Orders - Layaway: InvAdjust message error [E] Invalid disposition information
When a Layaway transaction is loaded to SIOCS using the POS Transaction REST Service, SIOCS publishes an InvAdjust message to RMFCS to reserve the stock as expected.
However, the InvAdjust message errors out in RIB-RMS with the error [E] Invalid disposition information.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1 Load a POS Order (type Layaway) for an item/store
2 SIOCS processes successfully the Customer Order transaction and reserves the stock on the Customer Reserved as expected
3 SIOCS publishes an InvAdjust message to RMFCS to reserve the stock, but the message has no Reason Code and fails in RIB RMS
