ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Region filter is Showing United States in Application Usage Insights.
All resources are working in Canada and set up with Canada but in Application Usage Insights it displays the region as United States for some resources.
The users are expecting the resources to display in region Canada only.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Fusion Applications
Sales > Application Usage Insights
Filter for Region shows United States
