ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Costing segments are not displayed via the Costing of person page .

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Costing for a person UI would display the costing segments enabled at person level.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Payroll> Costing for a person
