Symptoms

When attempting to remove a customization saved in element entry page on 'Reason field', at site level, via Reset Task Flow,  the following error occurs.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a new sandbox.
2. Open Element entry page.
3. Try to add or open an existing element entry.
4. Error occurs.
