VBCS: Not Able To Access Custom Components From VB Fragments (Doc ID 2972938.1)

Using Oracle Visual Builder Studio Version 23.07.2,  created a custom component

Example:

car-parts-catalog, which is working fine while accessing from any main application.
However, if its invoked from fragment, then custom component data is not loading and The fragment Listener is not getting invoked  instead it is invoking the main application listener.
