Failed Auto Creation When Source Business Process Records Reach End Step Status By Webservice Call (Doc ID 2972967.1)

On : 23.7 version, Unifier Web Services


Some records failed to complete auto-creation when it is triggered by integration soap update.


Expect the auto-creation be re-triggered for the failed records.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into Unifier.
  2. Navigate to open Project ->Source Business Process->Create records.
  3. Then using Integration [SOAP updateBPRecordV2] to update the trigger element status to end step.
  4. Audit log shows Auto Creation of "xxxx" record failure - Error code: <xxxxxxx>.
  5. Issue happens randomly on some records.
